What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day no-reason return policy for most items (items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging). Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product (in which case we cover return shipping).

Steps:
– Log into your account → My Orders → Request Return
– Upload photos of the item
– Await approval (usually 1–2 days)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 3–7 business days to process.

Please refer to the detailed size chart provided on each product page (measurements in cm/inches). We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips for the best fit. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact our customer service team with your measurements for personalized advice.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours on business days.
